Meet the Team

  • Dima

    Founder + Specialist Support Coordinator

    Dima brings a background in prosthetics and orthotics to her role as an NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator, a field she transitioned into in 2020. She has worked extensively with individuals navigating the complexities of the NDIS, particularly in hospital discharge planning (including SECU), voluntary out-of-home care (Complex Support Needs Pathway), and dual disability. In 2023, Dima founded Nolastray Support to further her passion for holistic care. She enjoys sunrises, the gym, and traveling.

  • Connor

    Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach

    As a Support Coordinator for 3+ years, Connor has helped individuals with mental health challenges get back on track. Now, also a Recovery Coach, he helps people build on their strengths. Connor says, “Outside of work, I love staying active. Sports keep me energized, and the gym keeps me strong mentally and physically. When I want to unwind, gaming is my go-to! It’s fun and keeps my mind sharp. Mental health is my passion, but my mission is to help others find their way to wellness.”

    Jessica, also known as the "Empowerment Enthusiast," is a qualified Social Worker with a strong background in mental health and disability services. With over 5 years of experience in the field, Jess is a true hero when it comes to navigating complex cases, much like her favorite superheroes in the Marvel universe.

    Support Coordinator/Recover Coach

    With over six years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, Sandy is driven by a genuine desire to make a difference. She excels in facilitating access to essential services and resources for individuals navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). With a keen eye for detail and exceptional budgeting skills, Sandy adeptly crafts tailored support plans, ensuring that every client receives the necessary funding and assistance to fulfill their unique goals.
