In Nolastray’s Pitch Tank, our legends take the lead. Participants shares their goals, needs, and aspirations directly with Nolastray’s Squad.
From there, Nolastray issues a Provider Call Out with the participant’s needs in mind: inviting the most suitable providers to step up and pitch. Providers respond with tailored video proposals, showing exactly how they’re the best fit to support that participant’s journey.
The result? A bold, transparent, and participant-led process that creates stronger matches, puts choice and control back in the hands on our legends, and more genuine provider relationships.

Nolastray Call Out
Participants share their goals, support needs, and vision. Nolastray then issues a call out on our communications channels including here on our website under “current tank listings”, via social media and our email newsletters, inviting providers to make a pitch!
Providers Pitch
Providers pitch back with a 3-minute video, showcasing their solutions and how they’re the right fit to support the participant.
Collaborative Selection
Participants review the pitches and select the provider who truly understands and aligns with their journey.

how does it work?
Your video is your moment to make a splash! you get 3 minutes to shine, stand out, and show legends why you’re the right choice. Here’s how to nail it:
Keep it to 3 minutes maximum!
Think of this as your elevator pitch, and cap your video to 3 minutes or under.
Be specific
Tailor your pitch to the exact call out job number. Speak directly to what the legend is seeking, and show you understand their needs.

👀 Make It Watchable
Good lighting and clear sound matter more than fancy editing. Look at the camera, smile, and speak naturally. Keep distractions (background noise, clutter) to a minimum.
make sure it’s easy to access
Upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom, and share the link with us when you fill out your pitch form. Make sure the link is set to public or unlisted so legends and our Support Coordinator Heroes can view it easily.
