Dima
Founder & CEO
With a Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics, Dima began her career in allied health before moving into the NDIS in 2020. She quickly became the person people turned to for complex cases — hospital discharges, SECU, dual disability, and voluntary out-of-home care.
In 2023, she founded Nolastray Support with a clear focus: to build a service where culture and care go hand in hand. Dima believes in being relentlessly resourceful and leading with honesty, adaptability, and care. She’s passionate about creating a workplace that is human-centric and inclusive — a place where heroes (her team) can discover and unleash their superpowers, then take that strength out into the world to back the legends (participants) they serve.
Outside of work, Dima is usually up before sunrise, lifting something heavy, or planning the next trip. She also spends an unreasonable amount of time dealing with her hair, which seems directly correlated to the size of her ideas. Most nights she’s asleep by 8pm, usually five minutes into whatever movie she swore she’d finish.
